The odd thing
Because of a number of factors, the odd thing is that I never actually hired Mr. Bartish, I simply spoke with him on the phone for a consultation. He was clear, frank and upfront about his fees, as well as possible outcomes. When he learned the particulars of my situation, he was kind enough to tell me, A: Exactly how to handle it and, B: That I did not need a lawyer to do so. WHAT ATTORNEY DOES THIS? It was obvious from that moment on that he had my best interests at heart. He gave his time, pro bono, to answer my questions, and give me peace of mind at a time I had none. I am not out of the legal woods yet, and sincerely hope that I do not need his services going forward but, if I do, I am confident that they would be worth every penny he bills.
