Very highly recommended Attorney
Attorney Michael Bartish was beyond exceptional for this case. Being a very serious charge of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree, we needed someone who could gather all of the factual information necessary to prove his client was not guilty. Mr. Bartish also came into the case part way through following another attorney so he had to gather information after the fact. He was very thorough and organized throughout the rest of the investigation, and it was very noticeable he had his full, undivided attention into the case. His demeanor was very professional, and he was honest. His handling of trial proceedings with witnesses and their questioning was well organized. I was very impressed by Mr. Bartish’s closing statement as he was very detailed using factual information and the credibility and integrity of his client and gatherings were clear. I cannot thank Attorney Bartish enough for what he did for his client, and our family. This charge is not something that can be easily acquitted. He brought justice.
